    Free standard shipping Australia Wide with Australia Post OR Transdirect

    Express shipping Australia Wide: $19 flat rate 

    One business day processing time.

    A tracking number will be provided with all orders. Alternatively, you can track your parcel here or get an ETA here. Orders are shipped from our facility in Melbourne, VIC.

    International shipping

    Unfortunately, we only ship to Australian residences at this stage. We are currently working on expanding our products internationally. If you have any enquiries or requests about shipping internationally, please send us an email at admin@ecomealprep.com

    Returns/exchanges

    Returning an item(s) for a refund or exchange must be made within 14 days of receiving the order. Any returns made after this period may be rejected and sent back to the original delivery address. Our return/exchange policy does not cover the following: 

    • Ordinary wear and tear
    • Damage caused by improper use or accidents
    • If product care instructions are not followed
    • Discontinued items
    • Sale items
    • If the customer simply changes their mind about their purchase

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

      Refunds/exchanges

      If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email the support team admin@ecomealprep.com with:

      "Exchange Request: (invoice number)"
      or
      "Refund Request: (invoice number)"

      Please note the following in the email:

      • Reason for refund/exchange
      • If applicable, what item(s) would you like to exchange for
      • If product is faulty, please supply images of the fault

      Refunds (if applicable)
      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

      Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
      If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@ecomealprep.com.

      Sale items (if applicable)
      Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

      Exchanges (if applicable)
      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

      Customers are liable for the cost of returning item(s) and for the parcel itself until it reaches Eco Meal Prep's premises. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      We highly recommend sending returns on a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
